サボっていますｗ
つーか腰というか背筋が酷く痛くなって、やむなく中止しているというほうが正しい。休んでたら治ってきたが、歩いてもビキビキ痛む感じだった。縄跳びという行為自体がよろしくないのか、単なる運動不足からくる何かなのか、よくわからず。
とりあえず酒を毎晩飲むのをやめるのと、量を減らしているのも効いているのか、運動中止してからも体重は減ってます。様子見つつジョギングと筋トレを、週2・3回な感じに変更しようかなと思い中。
